SEEKING A STELLAR EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
As the Executive Assistant to the SEVP of Program Management and the Director of Project Management, you’ll be the cornerstone of our organizational efficiency. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our executive leaders are well-supported and that our project management initiatives run smoothly. YOUR ROLE & IMPACT:
- Keeping both internal and client project statuses and milestones up-to-date in each executive’s project management platform space.
- Assist with the setup of internal campaigns, including creating Salesforce accounts, Teams, and Click-Up tasks/lists for clients.
- Oversee both leaders’ calendars, send calendar availability, schedule client meetings, and ensure visibility for all team members.
- Manage and organize inboxes, highlight crucial client communications, and integrate important items into Click-Up and/or Teams. Draft or send follow-ups/reminders post-client meetings.
- Send out contracts to potential clients and follow up as necessary.
- Help draft and organize client and internal reports, ensuring they are timely and accurate.
- Organize meeting notes and set up tasks in Click-Up based on next steps/action items.
- Undertake additional duties as directed.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in an executive assistant role or similar position.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite, Google Suite, and familiarity with project management tools.
- A self-starter who anticipates needs and takes initiative in finding solutions and making decisions.
- Adaptability with excellent time management skills, ready to shift priorities as needed.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities

Please note: While this role is fully remote, we’re seeking candidates based in North Carolina, with a preference for those in the Raleigh area.
